*2-Week FUNdamentals of Kettlebell Training

This two-week series teaches the fundamental kettlebell lifts which will prepare participants to survive ANY kettlebell class or training session. Participants will learn the Kettlebell Swing, Pull, High Pull, Snatch, Windmill, Turkish Get-Up, Clean, and Clean to Press, to name a few...and get a GREAT WORK-OUT!! This class is a prerequisite for the SHOCKra Intermediate and Advanced Level 5-Week Series.

Saturdays  10:30am  September 11th AND September 18th

 

Tuesdays 7:00pm September 28th AND October 5th
