Massage Therapy
At complimentyourbody, the experience does not begin and end on a massage table. As you enter you will enjoy soothing ambient sounds as the aroma of Eucalyptus and Pine fill the air. Your experience will include lavender aromatherapy to take you to a deeper state of relaxation as warm towels prepare your back and shoulders for your massage. Peppermint oil or cream will be used to soothe your tired and overworked feet. As your session comes to a close, you will be offered a variety of hot Yogi teas during the winter months or fresh brewed iced tea in the warmer seasons and/or a cool bottle of Poland Springs to take with you on your journey home.

Swedish : A comforting and soothing full body experience that calms the senses using a combination of aromatherapy and essential oils complimented by an ambience of tranquility.

Sports/Deep Tissue : This modality incorporates deep tissue work, muscular stretches and myofascial work (relieves and loosens up adhesions within the muscles) to relieve sports specific or job specific stress. Trigger points will be addressed as well.

Corporate and Special Event Chair Massage: Nothing feels better than a nice relaxing chair massage to relieve the tension of a busy day at the computer. This is a great way to treat your valued employees or to add a special element to your bridal shower or special gathering. Chair massage is done fully clothed and can be done in 5 minute to 1/2 hour increments. Ask you boss "what have you done for me lately!!" And, if you are the boss? This is your chance to provide a special treat for those who work so hard to make you look so good :-)!!
