KETTLEBELL CLASS INFORMATION

**NEW** 2-Day FUNdamentals of Kettlebell Training

This two-day series will teach the fundamental kettlebell lifts which will prepare participants to survive ANY kettlebell class or training session. Participants will learn the Kettlebell Swing, Pull, High Pull, Snatch, Windmill, Turkish Get-Up, Clean, and Clean to Press, to name a few...and get a GREAT WORK-OUT!! This class is a prerequisite for the SHOCKra Intermediate and Advanced Level 5-Week Series.
