Richard is somehow able to deliver better training in his small group classes than you ever would get in a personal training session- for 1/5 the price. "I wanna give you a hug but I also want to strangle you at the same time. I can barely walk and my stomach core muscles ( i never knew I had after have 4kids) are burning.   I truly enjoyed the class even though I was the "senior citizen", I am 49 almost 50.  It was a thorough work out from head to toe and I especially enjoyed how you mixed up the sets.  I told a co-worker and she gave me a blank check to fill out and sign her up after I gave her my critique of the class."

"Loved the class!  I've known about kettlebells for a while because my dad is certified, but since I live far from my parents, I've never really been able to work out with him.  I definitely got a full body workout during your class, and it was such a blast.  At first, I was questioning "Am I even going to sweat during this?  No way I'll be sore three days later."  I was completely wrong since I was dripping and certainly wiped out after the class.  I loved it because I really felt like I used so much energy and so many muscles in my body without performing a huge range of difficult motion or doing something boring that I hated.  I felt energized and well-worked after the class.  I liked the moves and am definitely interested in learning more.
